Download your RMR timesheet, complete it accurately and send it back to us to make sure you are paid correctly and on time.

Completed and signed timesheets must reach us by 10am on Monday for that week's payroll. Email a clear scan or photo to info@rmr.uk.com.
How to fill in your timesheet
Please complete the timesheet from top to bottom, filling in every field that applies to your shift. Incomplete or unsigned timesheets cannot be processed.
- Candidate first name
- Your first name, as it appears on your registration.
- Candidate last name
- Your surname, as it appears on your registration.
- Job title
- Your role or speciality, for example Registered Nurse, HCA, ODP.
- Band / Grade
- Where applicable to the shift you worked.
- Consultant name
- The name of your RMR recruitment consultant.
- Client name
- The care home, hospital, health board or provider you worked for.
- Site
- The site or building name where the shift took place.
- Ward / department
- The ward, unit or department, if applicable.
- Date
- Enter the correct date in the box next to each day you worked.
- Times
- Enter your start time, finish time, break start and break finish.
- Hours
- Total your hours each day, then enter the weekly figure in Total Hours Worked.
- Booking reference
- Only where your consultant has given you one.
- Signatures
- Your timesheet must be signed and dated by the ward or home manager, and by you.
Please be aware that RMR processes hours worked in line with the times recorded on the timesheet, not the weekly totals, which can sometimes be calculated incorrectly.

To be read by all clients
I am an authorised signatory for my ward, department or organisation. I am signing to confirm that both the grade of the agency worker and the hours or shifts I am authorising are accurate, and I approve payment. I understand that if I knowingly provide false information this may result in disciplinary action, and I may be liable to prosecution and civil recovery proceedings.
I consent to the disclosure of information from this form to and by the client organisation and NHS Counter Fraud Services Scotland for the purpose of verifying this claim and the investigation, prevention, detection and prosecution of fraud. Any questionable timesheet must be brought to the attention of the local counter fraud specialist immediately.
Declaration: We confirm that the hours and grade or band shown on this timesheet have been worked to our satisfaction, and that this will form the basis of an invoice which will be paid on receipt. We agree to be bound by RMR's terms and conditions of business.
